You can cancel an individual ticket or a full order from your personal dashboard after logging in to our website.
Click the "View, Send or Modify Tickets" for the event you want to cancel.
Click the "Cancel for Credit" on a ticket to cancel that individual ticket or click "Cancel All Tickets for Credit" to cancel the full order.
Please note that all sales are final, so we do not offer refunds, but you will be issued a credit in the form of a promo code that can be used towards any future ticket purchase. The code is good for a year.
